Postcode lotteries unacceptable - Lamb

Commenting on today’s [Monday] King's Fund Report into local variations in NHS spending priorities, Liberal Democrat Shadow Health Secretary, Norman Lamb said: "This analysis points to an unacceptable postcode lottery of care with Primary Care Trusts totally unaccountable to the communities they serve for these funding decisions."
